Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in Saket. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience providing high-level administrative support and will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for our executive team. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Efficiently manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and prepare necessary materials for meetings and presentations.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for communication on behalf of the executive team. Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence effectively.
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including handling office supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain accurate and confidential files and records.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and travel logistics. Liaise with vendors and service providers as required.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve administrative issues. Implement improvements to streamline office processes and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
