Job Description:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, recruitment events, and professional networks, to source candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Negotiate job offers, salary, and benefits packages in alignment with company guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to track recruitment metrics and analyze hiring data.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
