Position Name: Relationship Manager
Location: Janakpuri
Job Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Days Off: 1st and 2nd Saturday off; 3rd, 4th, and 5th Saturday working
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in relationship handling, with at least 6 months of experience managing HNI clients in the BFSI sector.
- Background: Candidates must come from a Wealth Management background.
- Client Handling: Proven experience in handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) with a minimum investment of Rs 25 lakhs.
- Stability: Current experience should be 2+ years in the same company. Candidates should show stability, with an average of 2-3 years in each past role and no more than 2 job changes in the last 5 years.
- Civil Score: 700+
- Education: Graduate mandatory; MBA preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage HNI client relationships, focusing on maintaining and growing a strong client book.
- Advise clients on investment strategies and manage their financial portfolios.
- Research market trends and investment opportunities to guide client decisions.
- Collaborate with the central product and research team for tailored investment recommendations.
- Organize and participate in business development activities, including seminars and workshops.
- Track and acquire new affluent and super-affluent clients to expand the client base.
- Ensure exceptional client service, aiming for high satisfaction and retention.
