Job Description:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for key roles in manufacturing and e-commerce.
  • Sourcing Strategy Development: Build and implement proactive talent sourcing strategies through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, referrals, etc.).
  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company’s employer brand across different platforms, ensuring a positive candidate experience and attracting top talent.
  • Pipeline Development: Build a strong talent pipeline for future needs by maintaining relationships with passive candidates and engaging with industry-specific communities.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Implement recruitment practices that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, aligning with the company’s D&I initiatives.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technology & Tools: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and other recruitment technology to streamline processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment activities are in line with legal requirements and best practices in hiring.
  • Hiring in High-Volume Environments: Manage high-volume recruitment for operational roles within the manufacturing and e-commerce sectors, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition service providers.
