Job Description for Security Expert:
We are looking for Security Expert for one of our E-Governance Client.
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT/ software development / IT System projects / Website Development / Mobile Application Development and Minimum of 2 years’ experience in same role (i.e. Security Expert).
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA
Job Location: New Delhi
Responsibilities
- Exposure to BS 15000 process /ISO 27001/ BS 7799/ISO 20000/ ITIL or ITIL certified.
- Regularly perform security checks and troubleshooting
- Identify problems in a timely manner
- Suggest and implement solutions for improvement
- Track existing processes and offer solutions for improvement
- Implement new processes with the goal to optimize company's security system
- Stay up to date with latest security technology and trends
- Attent related conferences and educational events to stay competent
- Work with the development team
- Perform regular audits and provide reports
- Monitor company's server traffic and tickets
- Set and implement user access controls and identity and access management systems
- Monitor network and application performance to identify and irregular activity
- Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant
- Deploy endpoint detection and prevention tools to thwart malicious hacks
- Set up patch management systems to update applications automatically
- Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud
- Work with IT operations to set up a shared disaster recovery/business continuity plan to educate employees on how to identify suspicious activity
