Job Title: Telesales Executive
 

 Job Description:

We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Product Advisors to join our dynamic Tele Sales team. As a Product Advisor, you will engage with customers over the phone, explain product benefits, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi and a flair for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls to promote and sell products
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and renew existing customer subscriptions or services
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing product information and resolving queries
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales on the CRM

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in TeleSales, upselling, or renewals
  • Fluent in Hindi and Marathi communication
  • Qualification: HSC Passed
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
