Job Summary:
Leadership & Team Supervision:
Assist in managing and leading the team, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity. Delegate tasks appropriately and provide regular feedback and coaching to staff.
Operational Oversight:
Monitor daily operations, address challenges, and ensure that business standards and policies are met consistently. Manage schedules and ensure adequate staff coverage during operational hours.
Customer Service:
Handle escalated customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently. Provide support to frontline employees to ensure excellent customer service.
Staff Training & Development:
Assist in onboarding new employees and providing ongoing training for existing staff to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with company standards.
Inventory & Supplies Management:
Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Financial Responsibilities:
Support in monitoring financial performance, including cash handling, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of transactions. Assist in budget management and financial forecasting when required.
Policy Enforcement & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company policies and legal guidelines. Maintain a safe and secure work environment, addressing safety issues or hazards immediately.
