Job Description
A Go Developer, also known as a Golang Developer, is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using the Go programming language. The primary focus of a Go Developer is to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets the requirements of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy Go applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
Write clean, modular, and reusable code
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
Troubleshoot and debug issues in the codebase
Optimize application performance and scalability
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Go ecosystem
Nice to Have:
Experience with containerization using Docker
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, or Prometheus
Understanding of security best practices and principles
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
