Role Summary:
The FLM – Banca Sales is responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products through bank partnerships (Banca). The role involves engaging customers, cross-selling, and up-selling life insurance products while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners and strategic clients. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of insurance products and demonstrate excellent communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to customers through assigned bank branches.
- Manage and maintain relationships with tie-up banks to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Handle walk-in customers at the bank branches, providing them with relevant insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Meet sales and renewal targets through effective Banca sales strategies.
- Candidates with a background in Life Insurance Banca sales are preferred.
- Must be fluent in Tamil and English.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Life Insurance, with at least 1 year in sales and exposure to the Banca process.

- Strong decision-making and convincing abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the Life Insurance market and products.
