Job Summary:

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) across teams and departments.
• Guide teams in the effective application of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Conduct Agile training workshops and one-on-one coaching for cross-functional teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and senior leadership.
• Act as a mentor for teams transitioning from traditional delivery models to Agile.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and report on the progress of Agile initiatives using KPIs and metrics such as velocity, lead time, and cycle time.
• Encourage and facilitate constructive communication, collaboration, and feedback loops within teams.
• Assist in the resolution of cross-functional team impediments to Agile transformation.
• Support the development and scaling of Agile practices across the organization.
