Job Summary:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the business objectives and customer needs.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication of product vision and goals.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Lead Sprint Planning sessions to define objectives for each iteration, ensuring that features are well understood and achievable.
• Review and approve deliverables during sprint reviews, ensuring they meet business and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular backlog grooming to refine user stories, adjust priorities, and adapt to changes in the market or technology landscape.
• Monitor product metrics and user feedback to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to remove impediments and support continuous improvement in the agile process.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by managing expectations, delivering value incrementally, and providing clear updates on progress.
