Job Summary:

• Lead and manage a team of QA testers and software engineers to ensure efficient and effective testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive software testing strategies, plans, and frameworks.
• Oversee the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and apply best practices for manual and automated testing techniques.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Track and report key testing metrics, including test coverage, defect rates, and test execution time.
• Manage test environments and data, ensuring they meet the needs of the QA team.
• Evaluate and implement new testing tools, frameworks, and automation processes.
• Coach and mentor team members to build technical and soft skills.
