 Positions: Sales Representative Positions 

  • Salary: ₹25,000 (No PF/ESI), upto 30k.
  • Experience: 1+ years (Government sales experience preferred)

 

Job Responsibilities (B2B Government Sales Representative - Gurgaon)

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B government sector, particularly for IT printing solutions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government agencies.
    • Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Tender Management:
    • Monitor and track government tenders for IT projects and printing solutions.
    • Prepare and submit tender proposals following government procurement guidelines.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations highlighting printing solution features and benefits.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and partners to secure repeat business and referrals.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and government regulations in the IT and printing sectors.
    • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.

 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales (Government sales experience a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
