Job Description:

• Develop and implement change management strategies to support project and organizational goals.
• Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and resistance.
• Design and deliver communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
• Support project teams in integrating change management activities into project plans.
• Facilitate training programs and workshops to support skill-building and knowledge sharing.
• Manage and monitor change readiness across departments, ensuring alignment and preparedness.
• Create tools and templates to assist in change management activities, such as stakeholder mapping and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with HR, project managers, and leaders to assess and address employee concerns.
• Develop and track KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to support seamless transitions.
